This program teaches: Learn the basic step-by-step procedure for approaching the scene and performing the investigation. Explain what an accident/incident is, its frequency, and its cost. Recognize and use the initial response to the scene. Review guidelines for effective interviewing. Collect evidence using the four P’s – People, Parts, Position, and Paper- and participate in a mock accident/incident investigation. Complete the appropriate information in an accident/investigation report.
